Based in Oxford, Coral maintains a varied and busy freelance career, playing and teaching cello. She freelances with orchestras such as the Philharmonia Orchestra, the Royal Philharmonic Orchestra, and the Bournemouth Symphony Orchestra, and performs in solo recitals and chamber music. Coral plays an 18th-century English cello with the label ‘Taylor’.

Coral enjoys sharing her love of music with others and teaches cello and piano at her home studio in Marston, Oxford, and at the Oratory Preparatory School.

‘Invisibility: Women Musicians & their Stories in Music’ is the title of Coral’s forthcoming solo concert in Oxford on Wednesday 10th October, at 7.30pm. This will be a concert celebrating the creativity and innovation of women musicians and composers, in which Coral will be joined fellow Australian pianist and composer Wendy Hiscocks.
